Building Services & Maintenance

Building service teams and maintenance staff work together as one division to provide faster, more efficient service.

  • On-site support: Skilled building service managers handle many minor repairs, reducing wait times.
  • Regional coordination: Teams operate from three service centers—Downcounty, Midcounty, and Upcounty.
  • Full-service maintenance: Includes grounds care, playground repair, snow removal, and more.

Preventive Maintenance

Dedicated teams perform routine inspections and essential upkeep to maintain safe, high-performing facilities.

Services include:

  • HVAC filter replacement
  • Ceiling tile and interior repairs
  • Roof and exterior inspections
  • Scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
