Next Generation Leadership Day (NGLD) is a day of workshops and leadership development for 4th and 5th-grade MCPS students focused on building confidence in elementary school students' leadership abilities as they enter middle school. This day is extremely special because middle and high school students mentor the 4th and 5th graders attending by presenting student-created workshops.
