2025 Tax Forms Available on Hub+ and Mailed to Employees By February 2, 2026

The process for obtaining your tax forms has changed. You do not need to authorize or request paperless statements. All 2025 Wage and Tax Statement (W-2) and Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage (1095-C) forms will be available on MCPS Hub+ automatically. Your W-2 and 1095-C will be available on Hub+ by February 2, 2026. Tax forms will also be mailed to employees by that date. You will receive an email notification when your tax forms have been posted. Here is how to access your tax forms on or after February 2, 2026:

  1. Log in to Hub+ using your MCPS username and password.
  2. Select the Me tab.
  3. Select the Pay Statements tile.
  4. Click Tax Statements at the top left of the screen.
  5. Click the available link(s) to open and print your W-2 and 1095-C.
